Delete Your Account & Data
You're always in control of your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your Trainex account and the personal data associated with it — either directly in the app or by sending us a request. No login to this website is required.
A Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Trainex and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to your Profile tab (bottom-right).
- Open Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.
B Request deletion by email
Don't have the app installed anymore? You can still request deletion:
Send an email to trainextheapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We use your sending address to verify the request, then permanently delete your account. If you can't email from that address, include your username so we can verify your identity.
C What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your account and login (email, username, password / sign-in link)
- Your profile and biometrics (age, gender, height, weight history, goals)
- Your workouts, routines, training plans and personal records
- Your nutrition logs, water intake, streaks and achievements
- Photos you uploaded (profile, progress and meal images)
- Your social data (friends, challenges and leaderboard entries)
- Your AI-coach conversation history
D What may be retained, and for how long
For legal, security and accounting reasons we may retain a limited amount of data after deletion:

Note: subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription — please also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
E How long it takes
In-app deletions begin immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
Account deletion is irreversible. If you only want a break, you can simply sign out instead — your data will be waiting when you return.
