Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Trainex ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Trainex mobile application and related services (the "App"). Please read them carefully.
Trainex is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool — not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Exercise and dietary information (including AI-generated suggestions) is for general guidance only. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are injured. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You use the App at your own risk.
01 Acceptance & eligibility
By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use Trainex.
02 Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us at trainextheapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
03 Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial fitness use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
04 Subscriptions & billing
Trainex offers an optional "Pro" subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly):
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices and features may change; we'll give notice where required, and refunds are handled per the applicable app store's policy.
05 Acceptable use & conduct
You agree not to: harass, abuse, threaten or impersonate others; post illegal, hateful or infringing content; cheat, manipulate leaderboards or exploit bugs; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App; or use the App for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate, permanent account termination.
06 User content
You retain ownership of content you create (such as routines, photos and posts). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the App and the features you use (for example, showing a workout you chose to share). You are responsible for content you submit.
07 Intellectual property
The App and all of its content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by Trainex and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
08 Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (such as cloud hosting, AI providers, and the app stores). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
09 Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data or AI outputs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainex and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11 Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the App and its users.
12 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
